In partnership with CAFDA School of Skills, we hosted a special breakfast and pamper day for the wonderful elderly members of our community. They enjoyed a delightful breakfast at our school before being treated to manicures, hair styling, and massages at CAFDA School of Skills. On their return, they received gifts as a token of our appreciation for their invaluable role in the lives of their grandchildren at our school.
Grandparents are pivotal in the upbringing and lives of children, and we cherish every opportunity to honor them. Here’s to our amazing grandparents! ❤️

🌟 Mandela Day 2024 at Balvenie Primary 🌟
What a privilege it was to host an assembly with two esteemed guests, Professor Jonathan Jansen and Mr. Steve Ross. Our learners had the invaluable opportunity to learn about the importance of living out values such as giving and caring for others.
They were inspired by stories about Nelson Mandela’s character and his unwavering fight against apartheid, even during his imprisonment. Our students learned that because of his dedication and sacrifices, they are able to live without the oppression of apartheid today.

We are incredibly grateful to Nadeson Consulting Services for their generous donation of books, a laptop, printer, stationery, and paper for our brand new school library. Your contributions are a wonderful start to getting our library up and running, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
To the CPUT team, thank you for your years of support. It was a privilege to host our very first event in our new school library, an ongoing project built by CPUT students. The library team and students made the day special by reading interactive stories to our learners and handing out prizes. The students thoroughly enjoyed the engaging stories and look forward to many more sessions.
