Parenting Workshop Series Concludes After Five Weeks

Our school’s five-week series of parental workshops, aimed at supporting parents and caregivers of children aged 0-5, concluded successfully. This initiative, launched on October 16th, was a collaboration between the Department of Basic Education, UNICEF, the National Early Childhood Development Alliance, and the Grassroots Educare Trust Initiative.

Led by Sheikh Kenny, an expert in early childhood development, the workshops covered key topics such as parenting roles, healthy family relationships, nutrition, child safety, and positive discipline. Parents who attended the full course were awarded certificates of attendance, recognizing their commitment to enhancing their skills.
To celebrate the successful completion of the program, a small celebration was held in the staffroom. We are grateful for the opportunity to provide such a valuable resource to our community and thank the Almighty for allowing us to uplift and support our parents and caregivers.
